Which internet browser should I use?
To use eTXT, you need to use an up-to-date web browser. For best results, access eTXT using the latest version of:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
Note that Internet Explorer is not supported to use eTXT.
If you are experiencing the below error message on eTXT when loading pages or reports - if you're using Internet Explorer, try using eTXT on another browser. If you're using one of the supported browsers, make sure it's up to date.
Note: if you are using a Virtual Machine/Virtual Desktop and are having issues loading eTXT, it may be caused by eTXT being blocked by your system. You can test this by exiting your VM and seeing if you have the same issues on eTXT. If you don't, reach out to your internal IT team.
Which device should I use?
Though eTXT can work on any internet-capable device, it works best on computers, laptops and tablets due to the big screen.
You can use eTXT on your mobile device, however some parts of it might be more difficult to use than if you were using a larger screen. If you are wanting to send eTXT messages from your mobile, Email to SMS can be a good alternative.
