The Activity log provides a complete record of actions taken across your account, helping you understand who did what and when. Using the Activity log, you can view events such as user logins, message creation and sending, data uploads, report exports, and changes to account settings. This visibility supports auditing, troubleshooting, and internal compliance by giving you a reliable history of account activity in one place.
Viewing the Activity log
- Navigate to Settings > Activity log. You can filter the log by clicking on Filter Activity Report on the right-hand side:
The filter options will then appear and can be configured as follows:
Date - the date range within which activity has taken place
User - select all, or an individual User whose activity you wish to view (multiple user selection is not yet available)
Activity - select which type of activity you want to view from the following options:
● All
● Account Management - any changes to account settings and sub-accounts.
● User Management - adding, editing or deleting users.
● Messaging Broadcasts - creating, sending, scheduling, or editing messages.
● Contact Management - adding, editing or deleting contacts and contact groups.
● Integration - connect new, disconnect/delete, and contact sync.
● Billing - updating billing information, topping up a pre-paid account, etc.
● API Management - creating or updating API keys.
● Email to SMS - adding domains, sending broadcasts via email.
● Files - export reports via CSV, or import a new contact list.
● Template - adding, editing or deleting a template.
