Your password can be reset in a few ways - from the login screen, in the profile settings page or if you're an admin you can reset a users password from the user settings page.
Reset from the login screen
- Click Forgot your password? under the login button:
Enter your email address.
- A password reset email is generated and sent to the user.
- Upon receipt of the email, click the Reset my password link in the email.
- Create a new password via the resulting web link.
- Once your new password has been created, you'll be automatically logged in.
Reset from user settings page (for admins)
- In the menu, click on Settings, then select Users.
- Locate the user profile that requires the password reset.
Then click on the ellipses (three dots) menu and select Reset Password.
- An email will then be sent to the user to perform a password reset.
Reset from the profile settings page
You can also update your password once you're logged into the platform.
- Click on the Profile icon, and then Profile:
- In the profile screen, click on Change Password:
- Confirm your action in the prompt by clicking Ok.
- You will be redirected to the Forgot password page - enter your email address or username, then click the Reset Password button.
- You'll then receive an email to perform a password reset.
